These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all trading on ("Website"), and regulates all matters between you and us. The agreements concluded in English.

When purchasing items on the Website you agree to be bound by Terms and conditions.

1. Buying goods on the Website

Purchases of goods offered on the website is targeting consumers in Denmark.

These Terms apply to all purchases and deliveries of goods ordered by you on the Website.

Children and young people under 18 should not act on the Website. Children and young people purchase must be made by parents or others who may legally act on the child or young person's behalf.


4. Prices and Payment

When you place an order, applies the price indicated on the Website. The stated product prices are final prices, meaning that they are inclusive of VAT and all other surcharges.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

At your order you will also see the price we may be taking for delivery to the specified delivery address. As you will see any. fee for card payment.

The prices on the Website are current prices, and is continuously updated.

You can pay with one of these cards:

Payment for your order is executed when the ordered goods are shipped from our warehouse.

Payment with credit card and Visa / Dankort is free of charge. Payment with any of the other credit card results in a payment fee, provided in your order when you have chosen payment method. The charge imposed Diamond WebPay.


5. Safety and receipt


To protect your card information is transferred to a separate payment page of payment on the Website. 6. Packing and delivery


We pack all orders received later than the day after receipt. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are packed on the following Monday. All orders are shipped the day after the order is packed.


Our shipping and logistics partner GLS for all our shipments, but this can be changed at our option without notice. We have free shipping on purchases for only NGN 19000

Delivery by GLS means that all orders delivered during the period 8-16 Monday to Saturday, unless otherwise specified when ordering.

We try to inform you as soon as possible if we are not able to meet the delivery date and delivery address we have specified at time of order. We are not responsible for losses, damages, costs, damages or other costs associated with late delivery.

Upon delivery of the goods, the responsibility for the goods to you. From the time the responsibility is transferred to you, we are no longer responsible for any loss or goods accidental destruction. We recommend that you are at home to receive the goods at the time of delivery for reasons of food security for chilled and frozen products. 7. Complaints – If there is something wrong with the goods

If your complaint is justified, we will urgently remedy the defect by repair or replacement, and we reimburse your reasonable freight costs.

Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. Save postal receipt incl. information on freight costs and possible. track- and-trace number.

8. Cancellation

As a consumer, you have a 14 day cooling off period from the day when you or another person you have chosen, receive the goods from us. If an order contains several items delivered at different dates, the withdrawal period from the day you receive the last item included in the order. The right always includes at least 14 days from receipt of the last item in the order.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal if the goods are largely unchanged. This does not apply if the goods have been damaged or changed due to an action that was needed to examine the goods, or due to a fact that can not be attributed to you.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the goods and delivery costs.

Please note that for certain types of sealed goods if the seal is broken is no right of withdrawal if you break the seal / packaging, for example. underwear, creams and cosmetics.

Effects of withdrawal

If the right of withdrawal under this agreement exploited, we will refund the payment on the item that withdrawal concerns without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice to exercise the right of withdrawal of the order. Repayment is made with the same payment method that was used when ordering unless you have expressly accepted or asked for anything else. You are not subject to a fee in connection with the repayment.

However, we are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or we have received proof that the goods are returned to us.

You can return the goods to us by mail or cargo, you must pay the transportation costs, and you are responsible for the product during shipment. 

Goods must be returned to us at our address without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you have notified use your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the withdrawal period, but not later than their quality or durability is changed.

We recommend that you save documentation for returning the goods.

Basically, you are liable only for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, if the deterioration is caused by the handling of the goods that were unnecessary to determine the quality, function, nature and characteristics. You can usually check the goods in the same way that one can and must be in a business, but do not take it into use. If you have used it in a way that should not be or can be in a business, and we can not sell it, or can not sell it at full price again, you have to assume that we deduct the depreciation in the amount you have to have back. If the product no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.


9. Governing Law

All purchases and other transactions made with us is subject to Danish law and consumer protection rules. Neither the International Sale of Goods (CISG) or other common European legislation will apply. In consumer contracts applies to statutory conditions regardless of where the consumer resides. Proper venue shall always be our home court or the consumer's jurisdiction, provided that the buyer lives in Denmark. 

Should there be subsided purchase of trader applies to our business seat as venue for legal disputes, including our usual trade terms, retail contracts, and provisions concerning payment and expense. We may choose to bring proceedings before the Customer's venue, if desired.

For all disputes and legal disputes under these Terms or subsequent individual agreements, the Danish law applicable.
